the last 3 classes that we will have we will watch the videos  and we are going to use this rubric so that each of you grade the rest of the videos 

Topics 1 to 7 Could you understand what they were talking? Did you see different areas presented in the video? Did you find it creative the presentation in the video? Would you visit the place they presented ? Were the student self confident ? Total Grade

You have to send me this rubric as reply in this entry with the names of the students that you were grading (this is a group grade) so you only have to present one rubric per group.

Week 3

Ok, this week we are going to get ready to make a video of your "possible road trip" to one place that you choose.

In general what I want you to do is that you record a role play showing the typical things about your neighborhood. It could be the store, the old houses, but presenting it as you were the tour guide and your classmates are the tourist and HAVE TO ASK QUESTIONS.

You can record several clips, just like the one in the video, so that all students appear in the video.

It is a lot of work so you have to create the script, with the tour guide’s comments and the questions of each tourist and you have to practice in class the pronunciation.

Here you have a rubric with the things I’m going to evaluate in the video.

Week 2

In this week we are going to work with creating a short report with the information that you are going to use and explain it. To do that you need to understand the information that you are going to know about the different places in the city that you choose.

You have to write individually all your thoughts and comments about this particular place and then you have to post it as answer in this blog.

Week 1

What we are going to do this unit is to fake, yes, fake if you were in a place that you would link to visit, in some moment of your life.

In the first class you have to:

-Make the groups of 4 people each group 
-You are going to say which place you would like to visit. 
-In that same time, you have to find information about the place, you can use wikis of all kind to gather the information

Presenting the Proyect!

Hello my beloved 8th Graders!

In this unit we are going to use this blog for all of your assingments.

As you can see in the video they shoot it per days, a few minutes about each day. 

We are going to work in this project for 4 weeks, that means 12 pedagogical hours, or we can say that we are going to use the 3 classes per week on this project.
